Here at Angela's Eccentric Kitchen, we utilize the freshest ingredients and feed our customers the same thing we feed our family! Simple, organic ingredients make for the best bread you will have. Slow fermentation
Our sourdough is slow fermented for 36-48 hours for some of the best bread around. Crusty crust, creamy and soft crumb and a nice sour bite. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, french toast or just to eat dipped in your favorite oil and vinegar.
